Sarah Rolfo born in 1979 in Ghent, Belgium. After years of living and teaching in Syria, Sarah moves to Paris to work in publishing and translation. Sarah currently lives in Marseille. She translates the work of contemporary Arabic authors, including literature for teenagers and young adults. Her latest translations include Mohammad Alnaas’ Du pain sur la table de l’oncle Milad (2024) and Un goût de thé amer (2025), published by Le Bruit du Monde.
