Jessica Binks holds a BA from Cambridge University in
Arabic and Hebrew and is currently studying for an MA in
Arabic and Semitic studies at Aix-Marseille University. Her
research focuses on the representation of minority
communities across the MENA region. She has worked
variously as a translator, editor, research assistant and
teacher for a number of projects aiming for the
transmission of Arabic literature and cinema in Europe.
She is also a writer.
